Advanced driving

Fast Track is the fastest way to become an advanced driver. It is the perfect solution for people who do not have time to take the standard Skill For Life course. You benefit from one-to-one professional training in preparation for the IAM Advanced Driving Test, and then go on to take the test and gain full IAM membership. The training is usually provided in two half day weekday sessions. Weekend training is available for an additional supplement.

Our hugely popular skills days offer stimulating learning experiences on well known, challenging circuits with IAM Instructor guidance throughout. You will enjoy at least six separate 'on-track' sessions with the focus on anticipation, cornering, planning, smoothness and understanding how your vehicle performs in a variety of situations. Highly recommended for both fun and education. Simply choose from the available dates and venues below when ordering. We will then contact you to agree the most appropriate session and timing for you on the day.

"Skill for Life" is our most popular membership option. It contains everything required to take and pass the advanced driving test and become a full member of the IAM. Included is 12 months IAM membership, local group support to prepare for the test, the advanced test fee and How to be a Better Driver book. Your pack will arrive within 7 - 10 days.
