This is your IAM membership number preceded by the letter 'm' i.e. m123456. If your membership number starts with one or more zeros then please omit them i.e. 001234 is entered as m1234

If you have not logged in before the default password is your surname in lower case letters (omit any dashes or hyphens) otherwise use your current password.

You can change your password from the 'My Profile' section once logged in.
