Cycle Superhighways
A TfL report published claims that in the last year, usage of its Cycle Superhighways is up by 100% on certain sections of the routes, with an overall increase of 70%. These figures are based on the two stretches currently open; Merton to the City, and Barking to Tower Gateway, and the high adoption rates which have been deemed a success by TfL support its plan to open a further 2 Superhighways in 2011.
