Skill for Life - Fast Track

Skill for Life Fast Track provides individuals with the opportunity to take professional training in preparation for the IAM Advanced Driving Test, and then go on to take the Test and gain IAM membership.

It’s very flexible. The training can take place where it is mutually most convenient for candidate and trainer, even at weekends or from the candidate’s work place.

It is designed for individuals who do not have the time to commit to the "normal" route to achieve the IAM Advanced Driving Test of observed runs via local IAM Groups.

The cost is £320 and this includes:

• Advanced Driver Training from an IAM Fleet Professional Driving Trainer on a one-driver-to-one-trainer basis.
  This can be either two half days (recommended, in order to give some time for practice in-between), or one full day.
• A copy of the IAM Advanced Driving Manual
• Entry into the IAM Advanced Test
• The first year’s subscription as an Associate of the IAM (upgraded to Full Membership if the test is passed within 12-months).
