Support for IAM Associates preparing for the Advanced Test is provided by a network of over 200 local IAM Groups across the UK. Collectively, these Groups – all run by volunteers – represent a unique resource with unparalleled experience and expertise to share.
In addition, they provide a forum where Members and Associates can share ideas and contribute to the IAM’s important work in developing and promoting innovative Road Safety strategies. Also, of course, our local Groups provide a social focus, where members can meet and enjoy the company of fellow driving and biking enthusiasts.
Most of the Groups listed in the Group Directory cater for Cars, some Groups (but not all) cater for Motorcycles, LGV's, PCV's, Minibuses, and the Caravan Towing Test.
