In the interest of data protection, all member login details have been reset. If this is the first time you have visited this page, please login as follows:

Username:
IAM membership number preceded with the letter 'm' i.e. m1000. ('g' for group members). If your membership number begins with a zero, please omit the zero i.e. if you number is 012345, enter m12345.

Password:
Your surname i.e. 'bloggs' (lowercase)

Once you have logged in for the first time you will then be able to change your password if you so wish.

Groups however should use their existing numerical password as this has not changed.

WHEN YOU LOGIN FOR THE FIRST TIME PLEASE GO TO THE 'UPDATE YOUR DETAILS ' SECTION AND CHECK THAT WE HAVE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. IF WE DO NOT, PLEASE CAN YOU ADD THIS IN. YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS USED TO CONFIRM ALL PAYMENTS AND IS OUR MAIN WAY OF COMMUNICATING WITH YOU.

Please login with your membership id with "m" before it. e.g. "m1000". Groups prefix with a "g"

Your default password will be your surname if you have not reset it.
