Terms & Conditions

For Terms & Conditions relating to "Skill for Life" and "DriveCheck", please see their respective pages within the e-Shop.

Colour Category:

Badges (metal, enamel and sewn-on) and key fobs are available in 3 colours: RED for car members, GREEN for motorcycle and 3-wheelers and BLUE for commercial and minibus members. You must identify when placing your order in the e-shop by use of the drop-down list which colour you require. You will not be able to proceed to the checkout without making this selection where different colours are available.

Order Processing:

Orders are normally processed within 48 hours and goods despatched within 7 days of receipt of order.

Delivery:

Please allow 21-28 days for delivery.

Postal Charges:

P&P quoted is for UK Mainland despatch via Royal Mail. If you are ordering goods for delivery outside the UK, additional postage costs will be incurred.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your order within 7 days of placing it, and upon receipt of your returned goods, the IAM will make a full refund via WorldPay. The address for returns is identified below.

Refunds and Returns:

Customers within the EU are entitled to a 7 day "Cooling-off" period, during which they may withdraw form the contract. If you wish to do this, goods should be returned in the same condition in which you received them to the returns address below and a full refund will be issued via WorldPay.

The IAM also offers a full money-back guarantee on non-engraved items if returned within 14 days to AIM House.
