Members who wish to take a second category test

If you have already taken and passed one of the IAM Skill for Life Advanced Tests and are a fully signed up member of the IAM, you can take a second test in an alternative category at a reduced fee. This reduction is reflective of the IAM annual membership fee as you will only require one membership, irrespective of the number of categories you have passed.

You may be a car driver that is also a keen motorcyclist, or a motorcyclistthat may also be a van or bus driver, you can take the test in as many categories as you would like to further enhance your motoring skills.

The price for a member who wishes to take the Advanced Test will be £109. This cost includes guidance from the group in order to achieve test requirements.

To buy a secondary test at the reduced cost, visit the members only section of the e-shop. Remember, you will need to sign in first with your username and password to access this area.
