In our view

In Our View comprises a range of papers that set out current IAM thinking and advice on motoring, transport and road safety issues. Not all the papers contain definitive IAM policy, but each one provides an accessible overview of each subject, as well as links to related information and sources.

In Our View papers are being introduced progressively under six headings:

We intend to build each section into a policy and information database of value to everyone with an interest in motoring, transport and road safety. And we will be constantly updating them to accommodate new thinking and changing legislation.

As the IAM’s policy, research and advocacy wing, the IAM Motoring Trust’s focus is on developing sound, research-based policy that will lead to effective road safety action.
